The cost of renting our Rough Creek begins at $800 a week depending on the season - monthly rentals are also available. For those wishing to use the clubs facilities, a temporary membership of the Sawgrass club is essential and can be obtained through the owners membership from $14.50 a day. Temporary membership provides access to all the clubs dining and recreational facilities that are then paid for using membership card. Money cannot be used to purchase even food or beverages on any of the site's facilities. Although it is possible to rent the villa without membership of the club, lack of this greatly restricts what is available on the club's premises!

Membership Fees
NB Membership of the club must be aquired for the entire term of the lease and it will extend to the applicant, their spouse and unmarried children under the age of 25. Daily membership can be taken out for up to a month - fees are as follows. (Longer term memberships are available).

Fitness Centre
The fitness centre is equipped with Cardiovascular Equipment, Paramount Strength Training Equipment and a full compliment of Free Weights. The Fitness Centre also offers standard Aerobic Classes, Massage Therapy, Specialty Classes and personal Training.
